I cannot express how amazing this apartment was and how incredible the hosts are! They went above and beyond! This was an emotional family trip and it was made so much easier by these wonderful people! The flat was equipped with a high chair, cot and baby bath! They left us some milk! It was spotless and the location is perfect! I would actually like to know where the beds and bedding is from as I need to buy them for myself! I’ve not slept that well in years! Thankyou so much for a perfect stay! We cannot wait to come back!

The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was great, just a short walk from the centre of town, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the station within a few minutes' walk. Staff were friendly and the self check-in process was easy, with all of the information sent well in advance.

Location was right in the city centre, close to all shops and cafes, also great city walks. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee and milk in both flats we stayed in, and also an amazing surprise for our wedding anniversary - sweet gift of local chocolates and biscuits accompanied with local beer and cider 🍺 We were really touched, thank you so much!

Stayed in apartment with wall bed. Super king bed in bedroom was very comfy. Place is Very clean. A lift to 4 floors. Staff couldn’t do enough for us - very knowledgeable. Apartment spacious and well equipped. Great location (use steps opposite to drop you opposite Liberation Square) and so handy for buses and restaurants. There is literally everything you need here; toiletries, bin bags, wash up liquid, cloths etc. dishwasher (though we didn’t use. Washer/dryer and a clothes airer. Fans and plenty of storage and pillows. Corner shop at end of road.

The staff was the best: helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice. The room was very practical and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent (near public transit, shops and services, restaurants, attractions ...).

I stayed here last Friday with a friend and had an excellent experience. Check-in was seamless—just a quick phone call to a number promptly answered by Michaela Martina, who was incredibly friendly and informative. The apartment was lovely, with a nice, clean setup and thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge. In the morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Martina in person. She was just as happy, bubbly, and helpful as she had been over the phone. The combination of a great apartment and fantastic service means I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved the location and check in with Amanda easy. There was a lift always welcome. Very generous size bedroom with lots of mirrors in whole apartment. Kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine. Shower generous size and bathroom. We really liked our 4 night stay here.

Very central. Bus station 5 mins walk. Bus service to airport (approx 30 mins) and other locations on the island. Check in simple with instructions for door code and safe to pick up room key. Very clean and all amenities albeit we didn't utilise them all (cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc) Green ethos and bags provided for separating recycling

Our apartment was beautifully finished and had everything a family could possibly need - it felt like home. It was super central to town, the beaches, museum and eateries. I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend it to friends and family wishing to visit Jersey. The highlight of our stay however, was the exceptional customer service and kindness extended to us by both Amanda and Martina. Me and my sons (aged 3 and 4) weren’t left wanting for anything and by the end of the trip my two boys were sad to be leaving not just our gorgeous apartment but their new friends - Amanda and Martina - who always made time for them and left them feeling super special after every interaction. Thank you so much to the both of you for going over and above for us and for making my first trip abroad alone with the boys as stress-free and easy as it could possibly have been. We are missing our SACO home already!
